Suburban Philadelphia PIAA Soccer Officials Chapter

This is the link for a fillable PDF D1 playoff registration form PIAA District One - Official Playoff Registration Form.  The form is also available on the home page of the District One Website

Any PIAA Registered Official interested in officiating the District I or PIAA playoffs should complete this form.  

 

Please put your name in the file name  for example "your_name-D1 Officials Registration Form 2025"  PIAA District One - Official Playoff Registration Form.

 

If possible please send me the file as a PDF, the form is a fillable PDF,  I received several as JPEG pictures, sometimes a JPEG picture is hard to read and can be at an odd orientation.

Completed Registration Forms should be returned to Chapter Secretaries by September 15th .​

Also to be considered for the Playoffs (D1 or States) you must be in good standing with the PIAA - your clearances must be up to date & PIAA dues paid for this year.  State playoffs required attendance at the Officials Convention (I think with in the last 3-5 years)

Please note - Nighttime varsity contests which follow a jv contest may not necessarily start at the published game time.  A warmup period between the end of the jv game and the beginning of the varsity game of twenty minutes is not optional.  If you have a problem with the fact that your game may start a few minutes late, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY VARSITY NIGHTTIME CONTESTS.
