Suburban Philadelphia PIAA Soccer Officials Chapter
Nominate a a chapter member for the Spencer/Pisch Award
Each year the Spencer/Pisch awarded to a SPSO official that has been a member of the Suburban Philadelphia PIAA Officials chapter for 3 years and involved with referring for the last 3 years. Candidates should excel in the following 3 areas

Responsibility: A candidate must be a member in good standing
​
Performance: A candidate must be an active referee who demonstrated: Fitness on the field; punctuality, preparation,, and professionalism; Knowledge of the rules and their application; Good mechanics; and an understanding of the spririt of the game.

Dedication: A candidate must perform some service to the chapter and/or the sport off the field. Example of service are chapter officer or committee member; coaching a soccer team; officiating intramual games; assessing other referees; and mentoring newer referees.
